Eden Specialty Ciders crafts traditional ice ciders, dry hard ciders and cider aperitifs from heirloom and biodynamic apples grown in Vermont and Quebec. Founded in 2007, the cidery presses and freezes apples to concentrate flavors and ferments them to produce rich, complex ciders with balanced sweetness and acidity. Eden distributes its ciders across the United States and operates a tasting room in Newport, Vermont.
