CoPack Connect is a discovery and matchmaking platform that connects brands and private labels with independent contract manufacturers and packagers. CoPack Connect is not a manufacturer, broker, agent, or party to any agreement between users, and it does not negotiate, mediate, manage, or supervise any quotes, contracts, production, packaging, or delivery. Manufacturer profiles, capabilities, certifications, and other information are supplied by third parties. Although CoPack Connect conducts a vetting review, it makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee regarding the accuracy of that information or the quality, safety, regulatory compliance, pricing, capacity, timeliness, or performance of any manufacturer. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence, including facility audits, certification verification, intellectual property and confidentiality protections, and compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Any agreement you enter into is exclusively between you and the manufacturer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoPack Connect is not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from your interactions or transactions with any manufacturer. Your use of the platform is also governed by the CoPack Connect Terms of Use.
